We know that many of our North American customers keenly anticipate the day when they will have quicker and cheaper access to the resources we produce. Australia is, sadly, a long way away, and, whilst we always try to dispatch promptly (within hours of getting your orders), the time delays and cost of shipping from Sydney can cause the occasional problem.
We want to assure you that we are actively working on a solution, and hope to have a local US operation of Matthias Media up and running sometime in the next 12 months.
