I use this with Christian international students.I guide them in translating these studies (1 at a time) into their own language. This equips and encourages them for ministering to people back in their home countries. They are pretty good at determining how to translate the questions in a culturally relevant manner. Ask them to 'reverse translate' their work to ensure they are on the right track (you don't need to know their language!). Emphasise they are free to improve upon their personal translation as they gain more experience using it. The idea is that they can be effective witnesses to the nations! (Posted on 11/10/10)
